Tim was so welcoming and kind. We stayed in the playhouse, which has been converted into guest quarters. It was very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was amazing. The historic site is lovely, and Tim’s poodle, Daisy, was a fun extra. A great experience!

I’m used to country living since my family lives nearby, and the rooms reminded me of my grandparents’ home. That’s part of the charm of this classic older house. It feels quite different from a big city hotel, and in many ways, it’s better. Hubbell house made for a great overnight stay for my family and me.

The gardens and grounds are lovely, with a pond, and the historic property is beautifully furnished with period pieces. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating, and breakfast was always awesome. Having WiFi and a pool was a real bonus.

The listed phone number is disconnected. There’s no website either, and it had been hacked by a Japanese water company. The owner must have found out by now.
