Carmen, the F&B manager, was especially thoughtful with guests during my work trip. I needed to do laundry but didn’t have cash to get quarters, and she went out of her way to help me get what I needed. I really appreciated the hospitality and helpful staff.

Allen made check-in easy and went out of his way to help me get settled. After a long day of travel I was exhausted and had left my toothpaste at home, and he patiently helped me out and provided the amenities I’d forgotten. I hope management recognizes what a stellar person and leader they have representing them.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had at a Marriott, and the customer service was wonderful. We enjoyed the stay, and our room was mostly comfortable. It was quiet and convenient here. The one drawback was having to park in the garage across the street.

Breakfast was great, and everything else was amazing. I rated service four stars because I’d asked for no housekeeping at check-in and told the desk since there wasn’t a do not disturb sign, but housekeeping still came twice. When I mentioned the early dump truck noise, the hotel offered to move us, though we declined because we were already halfway through our stay. The truck comes every other day around 6:30 or 7 a.m., and it’s very loud on the lower floors. We were on the fifth floor and it still woke me, though I’m a light sleeper. The elevators also sounded worrying, like they might break, so I hope someone checks them. The staff were otherwise exceptional whenever I needed something.
