I came to Winston Salem for an old college friend's wedding, which I wouldn't have missed. Even though I'd made my reservation a week earlier, Amantha told me on arrival that a computer error had left every room booked. She and Ama sat with me while we called customer service, and kept at it until we got special permission to check units for one in decent shape. We found a room matching the one I'd reserved, nearly ready to rent. It was only being held back because a small hole in the bathroom door still needed patching. The rest was spotless. Thanks for going above and beyond so I could get to the wedding on time. Glad to stay a Redi Points member!

Manan and Roshni, aka light, were phenomenal at the front desk. I accidentally made a third party booking, and they were professional, courteous, and extremely helpful in sorting it out. They went out of their way to speak to the booking app on my behalf and make sure I didn't lose my money. Everyone helped make my stay pleasant and peaceful. Thanks again, Manan and Roshni.

They were rude and discriminated against disabled people. We had reservations, but they didn't want to deal with us. I highly recommend you don't book here.

I came by yesterday to see my momma, who has a room there. The woman at the front desk told me in front of all the guests that I wasn't supposed to be there because we left our last room dirty. We definitely didn't leave it dirty. I asked to see pictures, but she said no. My boyfriend and I checked out last Monday.

I went to visit friends who stay there, and it was the worst place I've ever been. People were smoking weed and doing drugs inside. The place felt very sketchy.
