The condo at Red Quill village was lovely, and we were looking forward to using its hot tub during my sister’s bachelorette weekend and after skiing. It never worked, even after maintenance tried to repair it. We chose this place over other options specifically for the hot tub, and paid a premium for it. The people we reached at resort management group were polite and helpful, and said they’d compensate us. The offer was about $118, or $17 per person, which felt really disappointing. When I said that seemed unfair, they told me hot tubs break fairly often and most guests do other activities anyway. That was a strange reply. I’m taking off one star for the broken tub and another for the refund amount.
