Every time I've stayed here, something has gone wrong, whether the room wasn't ready or the digital keys didn't work. I have to warn people about this place. On my latest stay, I was assigned a room that was already occupied. My digital key opened the door to a dark room with someone's belongings on the bed and bathroom counter. It took a couple minutes of convincing before the front desk person gave me another room. After that, I didn't feel safe leaving my things there, since the same thing could happen to someone else. I definitely won't stay again.

It was my first stay as a Hilton Honors Gold member, and I was impressed. The room was clean and well supplied, everyone was polite, and the service was great. I'm looking forward to trying more Hilton portfolio locations.

We had our Golden Retriever with us for Thanksgiving, and there was a nice area out back to walk the dog. The front desk employees were kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious too. We had a great experience and will stay again.

The best part of the stay was Jam at the front desk. He was great. Our room was right by the elevator, so we heard it ding late at night and early in the morning. The room coffee maker was broken, and the hotel's ice machines were broken too. Breakfast muffins were stale and dry.

I booked the night before, and the price was reasonable. More than that, the room gave me peace of mind when I needed somewhere to feel safe and relieved. Jam helped me check in, and the service was beyond anything I've received before. Thank God for his warmth and politeness. He deserves a raise.
