InTown Suites Extended Stay Select Woodstock GA

Calling this a two-star hotel feels generous. The room was so noisy I couldn’t sleep at night with the upstairs neighbor making noise, and I couldn’t work during the day because the room next door was blasting Sesame Street. The smoke smell in the bathroom of our non-smoking room was so strong I couldn’t shower. There were plenty of other issues too, including dents in the floor, scratched furniture, and a strange white stain on the chair. When we raised our concerns, management didn’t seem to care. They basically said that hotels are like apartments and you hear the neighbors.

The thin walls were the one real drawback. We could hear a lot from nearby rooms, especially when unsupervised kids upstairs were making noise like they had an indoor playground. That feels more like a guest and parenting issue than something the staff can control. Aside from the occasional kid stampede, the property felt safe and was generally quiet. What stood out most was how clean the rooms were, with no dust, mold, or pests, which is unusual in my experience with extended stay places. The staff were consistently welcoming, and the manager went out of their way to help and accommodate me. I had a very good stay at InTown Suites in Woodstock and would recommend it if you want a clean, friendly place for an extended stay.

The room was basic, but the location was convenient. My fridge wasn’t cold when I checked in on Saturday. The service team and management responded promptly, and maintenance came by as soon as the office reopened Monday morning. I appreciated the quick response.

Check-in was quick and really easy. I’ve only been here a short time, but the room has what I need and feels a little modern.
