I've stayed here before and it never disappoints. The rooms are clean, and the staff are great. Kam at the front desk is kind and helpful.

Kam Watson, the front desk host, was phenomenal. She answered my many questions with a great attitude, and the customer service was really great. The rooms are nice, with a kitchenette and full-size fridge. I stay here for work and have stayed multiple times. It's the only hotel in Woodward I'll stay at. The WiFi is hard to connect to, but it works.

I left at 5 am the next morning, heading to Colorado, and forgot the earrings my Dad gave me 35 years ago. They mean a lot to me, since I'd just been seeing him for his 92 birthday. I called the Candlewood Suites, and Kam found them, sent me pictures, packed them for FedEX, and got them on their way home to me. She'd welcomed me warmly around 10 pm on Saturday, in pouring rain, and made me feel cared for. I really appreciate Kam and the above and beyond service she gave.

Kam at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The staff are really accommodating, and she even greeted our dogs with treats each time they came back from a walk.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable during my two work nights, but a few things got in the way. The shower felt like it was spraying needles and hurt to use. The hair dryer had no on/off button on its body, so I had to switch it using the breaker button on the power brick. And that "computer hair" chair was probably the least comfortable chair I've ever sat in, with no cushioning at all.
