Quality Inn Airport

I’m used to cheap hotels and keep my expectations low, but this one was filthy. The first room had a toilet clogged with literal crap. There was hair everywhere, sheets were heavily stained and burned, the carpet was filthy and torn, and it looked like the entire hotel may never have been cleaned. I’m familiar with hotels at this price point, and I guarantee you’ll regret booking this one.

The shower needs repairs, with rust and grimy caulking, and there’s barely any grip to keep you from slipping. Breakfast was sad, too. What a dump. I wouldn’t recommend it even if it were free.

I paid an extra $60 for the Jacuzzi, expecting to enjoy it, but it didn’t work. The water smelled awful, like debris in the pipes, smoke, and other unpleasant odors, so it was unusable. The hotel was shockingly dirty, with poorly maintained rooms and a smell that lingered throughout. I felt uncomfortable just being there. One morning I woke up with bites and discovered they were bedbug bites. That was the last straw. The whole stay was a disappointment, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, safe experience. Between the broken Jacuzzi, foul smells, and bites, it was unbearable. Save your money and go somewhere that cares about cleanliness and guest comfort.

The toilet broke on the first night, there was only one towel and two washcloths, and the couch in my room was broken. The room hadn’t been cleaned at all.
