Best Western Kelly Inn

I wouldn't recommend this property if customer service matters to you. At check-in, the front desk wouldn't let me use the payment method I wanted. They'd already charged the card used for the reservation, even though my confirmation said payment was due on the check-in date. The property wouldn't refund that charge and switch to another form of payment. They also told Best Western customer service they could make the change and refund, but that wasn't true.

This place has clearly seen better days. The building and everything in it felt worn out or broken, and there was little value in staying beyond having somewhere to sleep. The pool didn't work, and I'd heard it never does. I went through five TV remotes before finding one that worked. The hallways and rooms were dingy enough that I wanted to wipe everything down. Even the microwaved eggs and sausage at breakfast were better than the attached pizza restaurant. If you have another place to stay, choose it.

Our plane was delayed, so we didn't get there to check in until almost midnight. The front desk was very helpful. After checkout, they even let me use the microwave to heat my leftovers, which I really appreciated.

The rooms felt old and dirty, with carpet stains, poop around the outside of the toilet, and a bathroom floor that didn't look like it had been mopped. The walls were so thin we could hear everything, and an alarm in the next room woke us at 4 a.m. The hallways were disgusting too, like they hadn't seen a vacuum. Breakfast was mediocre, and most of the gym equipment was broken, so working out wasn't an option. This was the worst Best Western I've stayed in, and I wouldn't recommend it.
