The room was simple, clean, and easygoing, and housekeeping did a great job. We spent two nights facing the ocean, with lovely views and a nice walk along the beach. There’s a fridge and a K-cup machine, but no microwave if you were expecting one.

A quiet, relaxing spot right on the beach, with amazing views. It’s the only hotel in the York area that’s actually on the beach. The place is older but well kept, and the staff were very helpful. I’ll be back.

It’s a nice hotel in an incredible oceanfront location, but the sewer smell makes being outside unpleasant. There seems to be an element of York’s sewer system nearby, and it smells like a wastewater treatment plant around the clock. I couldn’t enjoy the oceanfront lawn or anywhere outdoors because of that pungent odor.

The morning coffee and pastry were delicious, and we loved our stay. This was our first time at the Cutty Sark, but it definitely won’t be the last. Beautiful rooms, a perfect location, and amazing views!

We’ve been coming to the Cutty Sark for 37 years, and it’s never let us down. Each summer I look forward to staying here. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and Long Sands Beach is only a short walk away. Outside, the lawn’s tables and chairs make a peaceful place to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. The staff are friendly, and coffee and pastries are available every morning at no extra charge. The location is hard to beat.
