Kathy, the inn keeper, was so kind that she even offered us wine for our anniversary. We had a spacious room with plenty of amenities and a little deck that was lovely for reading or getting some fresh air. The location was top notch, just a very short walk to Short Sands beach and town. It was really quiet, so I wouldn’t stay here with kids, but it was great for us as a couple. We stayed two nights, enjoyed it, and would definitely recommend it.

Cathy, the inn keeper, was really friendly, and the location is perfect, with plenty to do within walking distance. The rooms are clean and very spacious, although a little outdated. I’d definitely stay again.

Kathy made us feel at home at the Lynwood Inn, and her care made the visit memorable. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and our ground-floor room facing the main street was peaceful, spotless, spacious, and recently updated. It felt modern and comfortable while keeping its cozy inn charm. The bathroom was clean and well maintained, too. We came up from Boston for the holiday weekend, an easy hour-and-a-half drive. The private lot behind the inn was convenient, and we got a car pass and two room keys when we arrived. The beach was a short walk away, and we had no trouble carrying our things there. Shops and restaurants were easy to reach on foot. After exploring, it was lovely to stroll quietly back to the inn. Thanks, Kathy. We’re looking forward to another visit and highly recommend staying here!

The Lynwood Inn was quiet and comfortable, and we’d happily stay again. Cathy’s husband Dan even came out to help us light the fire table so we could relax by the fire in the evening. They were both so welcoming. We booked for my husband’s birthday weekend and Cathy, the lovely innkeeper, greeted us at the door and made us feel at home right away. Our clean room had a nice balcony, a full-size fridge, and a Keurig with coffee and hot chocolate pods, plus creamers in the fridge, a couple of water bottles, and dishes. The AC worked well, and all those thoughtful touches made it clear they care about their guests. The location was great, too.
