Quality Inn

I'm seven months pregnant and have really low blood sugar. I pulled in to get something to eat and bring it up, but the front desk woman came out to call the police on me. She was rude even after I explained what was going on. The customer service was a zero, and I would never deal with this business again.

November 24, 2025 The woman at the desk was rude, and the customer service was extremely poor. I will never stay here again. Maybe "Karen" needs classes in respect and common courtesy, and to understand that we provide her paycheck. I work as an assistant manager at a major hotel chain, and this kind of thing wouldn't be tolerated there. Given how close you are to I-80, you'd think the front desk staff would be better and the year-end numbers might improve. I know this job can be stressful, but I'll tell everyone about the " Karen" working there on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, everywhere. Just a thought from someone who's been in hospitality for years.

I've stayed at many Quality Inns, and this was the worst staff I've encountered. They act like guests should be grateful to be there, get into your business, and treat you however they feel like. They were even worse to us as a group of guys working on the road and away from our families. Don't get caught smoking a single cigarette in the parking lot, or they'll blame all the cigarette butts on you.

The location is handy, right off the interstate with food and gas nearby, and the service was kind and thoughtful enough. I stayed one night in June, but the AC struggled to keep the room cool overnight. In the morning, I picked up my hat from the table and found a roach the size of a half dollar underneath it while packing my things. I won't stay there again.
