Ray at the front desk made a hard situation much easier for us. Our home flooded, so we ended up needing to stay at the hotel unexpectedly. She was warm and kind every time we dealt with her, and treated us with real compassion. We felt like valued family instead of displaced guests. Her professionalism and care meant a lot during such a difficult time. We’re very grateful, and hope the hotel recognizes what an asset she is.

The lobby was gorgeous, and we had a lot of fun with the pool table and board game lounge. The price and location were great, and the 24/7 fitness center had what I needed, though it felt cramped once one or two other people came in. The rooms and gym are both pretty basic and small. Breakfast was good, and the staff were excellent about checking ingredients for my food allergies. They found a few things I could eat, which I don’t always manage when traveling. Coffee at breakfast was better than the afternoon coffee. Coffee and tea are available all day, and the LaVazza was tasty. The room was clean and looked nice, but felt a bit packed. There were a couple of hangers, but no closet or dresser. There was luggage space out in the open or under the foot of the bed, but I didn’t want to haul my bags off the floor every time I needed something when there was nowhere to put my clothes. The bathroom was clean. I avoided the soaps and shampoos because their containers didn’t list the ingredients.

The room was extremely small, and the white sheet had a stain that looked like poo. Hopefully it was only a stain, but I wasn’t about to sniff it. Gross. I’m an Honor member, and there was no water. Breakfast was an egg white omelet and sausage. The highway noise was awful all night, and the air conditioner sounded like a jet plane. I only managed to sleep at 3 a.m. after putting on white noise to drown it out. What do you expect for $155?

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were great. The lobby was tidy and stocked with snacks, information, drinks, and complimentary hot beverages. We didn’t have breakfast, but it looked like there were lots of options. I’d recommend this clean, friendly hotel.
