Hotel Yountville

The rooms and bathrooms have been freshly updated and are nicely equipped, and the staff were attentive and helpful throughout. Jenna with the Concierge team handled our last-minute requests and made the stay wonderful. A great place to stay in Yountville, Napa. We’ll definitely visit again.

The Spa was gorgeous, and a kind engineer even walked us there so we wouldn’t lose our way. Carol at reception checked us in graciously and greeted me like an old friend. Our massage therapists, Michelle and Sherry, were professional, kind, and very skilled. Afterward we spent time by the beautiful pool, where the bartender welcomed us and offered drinks while setting up. Everyone we met was friendly, genuine, and eager to make the visit special. Maritsa Victorian, the Director of Spa and Wellness, also stopped by to check that everything was perfect. We came for a birthday weekend, and it became truly memorable. Jenna greeted us at check-in with warmth and care, and the offered glass of champagne was a lovely start. Our renovated room had a beautiful design and a spacious, luxurious bathroom. My cousin and I were giddy when we saw it. The whole experience exceeded our expectations, and I don’t say that lightly since my standards are high. Thanks to the team, it was everything we hoped for and more. Please pass along our gratitude. This gorgeous place belongs on your bucket list!

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. It’s a cute hotel, and the food and beverage credit was nice to use at the bar or restaurant. We also appreciated the free internet. They gave us sparkling wine at check-in, which we enjoyed in the lovely lobby while waiting for our room to be ready.

I was really looking forward to staying here, but it was a disaster. Food from another room sat outside our door for two days until I asked the front desk to remove it. The spa didn’t respond to our requests, and one breakfast staff member seemed very unhappy to be there. The concierge couldn’t get us a dinner reservation and actually suggested the same place twice. Just terrible overall.
