Absolutely spectacular!

The four-person apartment felt more comfortable, though it had no microwave. Both apartments were clean and presentable. We also found the person who welcomed us very friendly. The one-bedroom place was tight on space and came without a kitchen or electric kettle. For the location, I think it's a very good option.

The location is excellent, and the place is pleasant enough that we'd come back. It's simple and reasonably priced, though a few things could be better. We had cable TV, Wi-Fi, a gas stove, and a refrigerator. The owner checked that everything was in order in about five minutes, then was kind and respectful of our privacy. An independent grill, even a basic one or a half-tank, would be nice, as would a microwave. That's the reason I didn't give it five stars, but we were satisfied.

For nearly 3000 pesos a day, I found it far too expensive for what you get. There's only one grill shared by all the apartments, so you have to wait for the other person to finish before having a barbecue. No microwave to heat food, and the shower water was barely more than a trickle. There were other little issues too. Wi-Fi worked, and it's close to everything, but the place needs improvement. I didn't like it.
