Lovely pool.

We came for my birthday on February 23, 2026, and the staff made it a lovely visit. Everyone was attentive, including the woman looking after the pools. Breakfast had plenty of variety and generous servings, and our room was fully equipped. They even left a beautiful cake for us. The food was good too, with generous portions at reasonable prices. Thanks so much. My family and I will definitely be back!

The location made it easy to reach different places nearby, which was handy for getting around. The hotel itself felt peaceful, and I found it a good spot to unwind for a few days. Check-in was quick and easy after my trip, and the service was excellent from the start. My room had the basics I needed, the facilities were in good condition, and cleanliness seemed well maintained. I had no issues, and staff answered my questions helpfully.

The natural setting is stunning, and the staff at the hillside pools were very friendly. Those pools are the one real bright spot, but poor maintenance could ruin even that. The complaint handling was terrible. When I reported that our room hadn't been cleaned, I was told rooms, including the bathrooms, are cleaned only every three days. The beds were uncomfortable, too. There were broken pool edges sharp enough to cut us, loose mosquito screens hanging off windows, and showers with only half a screen that soaked the whole bathroom. Broken handrails were left on the floor, while broken pipes were covered with wood and other pipes were exposed in the dirt. Such a beautiful place, but they need to get things together. I hope they do.
