Hotel Munday

The bathroom was filthy, with hair on the floor that wasn't ours and a shower covered in mold. There was also constant hallway noise, with people acting as if they were out on the street and ignoring quiet hours. The room we received didn't have the amenities we paid for through Booking.com. We haven't been refunded, and for one night we were charged more than USD 100. I'll upload a screen recording showing the room issue. Read the details carefully before booking. We spoke to the woman in charge, who was helpful, and I want to recognize that. But the property's policies don't match its services or condition. The same woman who worked at reception was also cleaning and tidying everything, which makes me hope this isn't a case of exploitation. I'm going to ask the local government or municipality to inspect the place. Our experience was terrible. Thanks for nothing.

The location was good, and the service was good too, but the room was very basic. It had no air conditioning, even though I booked through Booking.com for a room with it, and I had also booked a ground-floor room but we were put on the second floor. The mattress sagged when I lay down, and the facilities looked noticeably run down. I wouldn't recommend it.

The location was the one good thing. The bathroom had cracks, and the floor was awful. Getting hot water was impossible because the control panel was terrible. Breakfast, which was included, was a disaster, and the Wi-Fi didn't work on the second floor. I absolutely wouldn't recommend staying here.

I stayed there in 2012 and loved it. The place is beautiful and well located, and everyone was so attentive. They also make tasty, affordable lunches if you ask. I'd definitely recommend it.
