Posada La Chihuahua Hotel

It's super quiet here and only three blocks from the beach. The common areas are beautiful, and the accommodation is excellent value for money. The air conditioning in my room worked perfectly. Lourdes and Nora were incredibly kind and attentive. Highly recommend it.

The location is pleasant for a couple of nights if you want to unwind, but the organization and service left a lot to be desired. I booked a cabin, but when I arrived there weren't any available. They said I could either leave or take a room, so I accepted the room even though it cost less than the cabin. I'd already paid for one night, and they never returned the difference. I asked twice for my money back, even though sorting that out shouldn't have been my responsibility, then they just stopped replying. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the place. Look elsewhere, there are better options around.

The place was poorly described, and the services listed as “included” came with extra charges. Hygiene was questionable, and there was no courtesy or respect. I'd look elsewhere.

I had a good stay. The receptionist was great, and I didn't have anything like the experience the other person described.
