For a very basic hotel, the service I paid for was already disappointing before the power went out at 3:00 AM the next morning. I arrived at 11:30 PM, and after the outage I had to shower in cold water despite the sweltering heat. The air conditioning couldn't be used, and the TV hadn't worked from the start. You pay for the full service and don't even get half of what you expect. A hotel like this should have a generator.

Breakfast doesn't have many choices, and the hotel is simple, so I'd say it's an acceptable option for a short stay or just passing through. It's decent value in Punta, considering everything there is extremely expensive.

It's clean and well located, which are the best things about this basic hotel. A bit pricey for what's offered, with a meager breakfast and just one TV channel. The service makes the place feel even more basic, and the owner acts as if he's doing you a favor.
