A quiet place to park, friendly staff, and everything you'd want in a hotel room. The hotel is clean and good value, and it's just a few minutes' walk from several supermarkets. The cafe was great for working. I stayed past checkout and got some things done there. Thanks!

Clean, comfortable rooms and a good location. Breakfast costs extra, and there are no hairdryers in the rooms. The price feels a bit high for what's offered, so it may not be the best value.

I was unhappy with how the receptionist handled my request to get my deposit back after my plans changed. She told me it couldn't be refunded because check-in was close. But under Law 17250 on consumer protection, refunds can be made up to 48 hours before check-in. I'm writing this on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, and my check-in was Friday night, October 11, 2024. She said she'd talk to the owner, though I don't think she did and it seems she made the decision herself. She doesn't seem familiar with Uruguayan law.

The location is great, and the rooms are comfortable and very tidy. The manager and receptionist Camila provided excellent service. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
