The location made it easy for us to walk to different places of interest around the city. We were comfortable, but our room had no secure entrance, sitting in the middle of the staircase up to the first floor. The bathroom needs maintenance: the toilet keeps leaking and the shower screens are loose. There’s no breakfast or room cleaning, and there’s usually nobody at reception. They gave us a phone number for help, though, and answered right away when we contacted them. There’s a kitchen with an electric kettle and a place to eat, but no garage. As Argentinians paying in dollars, we thought the price was too high for what was offered. We also heard the manager offer a cash discount to a potential customer, even though we’d paid cash and weren’t given one.

I live here. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, with AC and a fridge, and the staff are friendly. But there’s no kitchen, just a microwave for heating food, and the rooms are only made up once a week. The Wi-Fi is average, barely enough for a phone and not really suitable for a laptop. Reception is rarely staffed, so you often have to handle picking up or handing over your room key yourself. Repairs also take ages to get decided. I asked for a bathroom repair more than 10 months ago, in October 24, and as of May 25 I’m still waiting. Are they asking for an increase to cover repairs? There’s no one at reception around the clock, yet they want to call themselves ⭐⭐⭐? Let people decide.

The room was comfortable and had a mini-fridge and AC, and the cleanliness and service were excellent. Mine was somewhere in the middle of the sizes they offer. Rooms are spread over two levels, with no elevator.
