The cabins are comfortable and have plenty of equipment, though bring your own oil, salt, pepper, and things like that. I really enjoyed having a little terrace for each cabin, plus the shared pool and garden, which are lovely for relaxing. The hosts were kind and quick to answer my questions by text, helpful since my spoken Spanish isn't great. They also picked me up and dropped me off at the bus station. The location worked well for me, about a ten-minute walk from two beaches in opposite directions. I'd happily stay here again.

I stayed for three weeks, and it was wonderful. They cleaned the room and changed the sheets every few days. There was always soap, dishwashing liquid, and toilet paper, the little things some places miss. The kitchen is fully set up for cooking, with a cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and oven. There’s also a TV with sports, movies, and series, which can be switched to the original English if you want. The quiet made it exactly right for the relaxing break I wanted. The pool area is great when you don't feel like heading to the beach or being around people while sunbathing. The property itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with a lush garden around the pool and charming details in the cabins. What really stood out was knowing the hosts were ready to help at any time and make the stay special. Even from our first emails, six weeks before I arrived, I had a good feeling about this place. It was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it.

Jean was welcoming and gave us great tips for PDD and the rest of our time in Uruguay. We were there for two nights on our honeymoon and loved it. The cabins were clean and the property was well maintained. With the beaches so close, we had plenty to do, though it would have been easy to just relax there too.

We visited in the shoulder season, so there wasn't much happening around the village, but the Posada made for a lovely stay. The bungalows are charming and comfortable, and the pool is an inviting spot for a lazy day. Jean was an excellent host, attentive, helpful, and full of information about the village. He said his English wasn't good, but I thought he was wrong. He also makes a delicious breakfast. We hope to come back.

Posada Lune de Miel was a wonderful way to wrap up our two-week trip to Uruguay. We spent three nights there and highly recommend it. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and the accommodations were excellent. Lucy welcomed us so warmly, and owner Natalia also got in touch with suggestions and information about Punta del Diablo and the surrounding area.
