It was peaceful and quiet, and the owner was kind and friendly. The room was a bit worn but tidy and clean, though the bathroom was so small that a larger person probably wouldn't enjoy it much. The place might suit younger travelers or backpackers who don't mind some details. For what it offers, the price felt a little high, especially since breakfast was cancelled due to the covid-19 pandemic, as they told us, despite the discount they offered.

We found this hotel last year, 2025, and it's become our go-to in Piriápolis. It's a short walk from La Rambla, about half a block, and has a welcoming, family-friendly feel. The owner and his family take good care of guests. When I fell this year, they called emergency services right away, and help arrived in around seven minutes. Breakfast is simple but covers the basics. Rooms have a closet, cable TV, and a refrigerator. I highly recommend it.

The room we got had a private bathroom, mini-fridge, air conditioning, closet, and two very comfortable beds. The owners were incredibly kind and even lent us beach chairs and a parasol. They also have gluten-free breakfast options, which was a huge plus. The breakfast, staff, and hotel were all excellent. The location is great, just steps from the beach and near supermarkets, restaurants, and the bus terminal. It's easy to get to, and if you run into a problem, they'll take care of it.

The listing on Booking.com says there's a kitchen, but there isn't one in the room. What the hotel has is a shared kitchen and dining area for everyone, used only for breakfast. I gave it four stars because that needs clarifying. The room itself has a double bed, two nightstands, one or two chairs, a small table, refrigerator, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Facilities are very nice, room service is excellent, and cleanliness was impeccable. Just steps from the beach. Hope this helps.
