The location is good and close to everything, but I won’t come back. The rooms are small, breakfast is poor, and the staff feel really cold. It doesn’t seem like a 4-star hotel to me. I’ve stayed at 3-star hotels in Punta that were better, especially when it came to breakfast.

The hotel is pet friendly, but the dog costs 20 USD per night. Breakfast is very good compared with some hotels on the peninsula, though it isn’t included in the room price: it’s 6 USD per person per day. The hotel is very clean and elegant, and the staff help with anything you ask. The location is excellent. Our room had a lovely view of the pool area and a partial sea view. The pool isn’t available in low season.

The location worked really well, with restaurants and bars close by, and the pool area was nice. Breakfast was delicious and the service was good. For the price, this is a great hotel. My only letdown was having to pay extra for beach towels, though the chairs and umbrella were included. I’ll definitely come back soon.

We were left in a boiling room in December, with no apology or discount. The air conditioning was broken and only blew hot air, so we asked reception to fix it. After a walk, we returned to find it running and the room even hotter. We went out again and saw the repairman just about to head up at 23:30. Later, after a drink, the unit still wasn't fixed and was running again. Really bad service. Thanks for nothing.

The facilities and breakfast were excellent, and the staff were great. I had an incredible stay in Punta, with a perfect location too. Definitely recommend it!
