The building’s a Punta del Este architectural icon, with a modern design and comfortable amenities. It has apartments, a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, pool, and barbecue area. It’s in a prime spot near the beach, restaurants, a shopping mall, a gas station, supermarkets, and lots of other businesses.

This 18-floor residential tower is well maintained, with modern architecture and excellent facilities. There are four social elevators and one service elevator, a fitness and weight room, and a leisure area with a pool. Security at the entrance runs 24 hours a day.

With 17 floors, Tressesenta has 128 apartments with one, two, or three bedrooms, plus 8 exclusive penthouses. It was built in 2009 on a spectacular plot in a strategic location, and its modern elliptical design makes good use of the space, views, and functionality. On Roosevelt Avenue at Parada 5, it sits at one of the city’s highest points, with excellent panoramic views of the resort area. Large windows frame the scenery, while generous terraces extend the living and bedroom spaces and give the landscape prominence.

The apartments have spacious layouts, roomy balconies, and walk-in closets. There’s laundry and daily maid service, with maintenance staff available if anything needs attention. The design is excellent, and the hallways are bright with views. Amenities include a heated outdoor pool that’s open in summer, a double gym, two jacuzzis, two saunas, and two fully equipped barbecue areas with firewood. It’s close to the shopping center and all amenities.
