I paid 450 thousand soums for a room with no air conditioning and hardly any air at all. With the window open, mosquitoes swarmed until morning, and I felt hot all over. The door handles were broken, and the shower water went wherever it wanted, switching between hot and cold. I’ve never stayed at such a bad hotel. Two out of ten.

The rooms are lovely and clean, and the staff are so kind. I really liked everything and would recommend it to you too. If you’re heading to Bukhara region, do visit FAMILY HOTEL. It’s a nice place to relax with family, friends, or coworkers.
