We had some of the best breakfasts of our trip in Uzbekistan here, and the staff were great, always ready to help. The hotel is in a 16th-century former Jewish house, with spacious, clean rooms and amazing decor. The shower is very small and could use an update, though.

A small, charming hotel right in the center of Bukhara. Nice rooms, pretty surroundings, good breakfast, and it was clean.

We were booked here for mid-September 2024, and it was a terrible experience. Salom Inn is nearby, costs less, has a better breakfast and much better staff. I’d strongly recommend it instead. The administrator was VERY rude and seemed to enjoy picking fights, which is a terrible fit for someone working in service. The hotel is much more expensive than nearby options, too. Breakfast was sparse and not fresh, and the tiny breakfast room couldn’t seat everyone. The bathroom was sized like it was for a five-year-old. The curtains don’t reach the floor, so everything gets wet after a shower. You can hear people passing on the nearest street until midnight because there’s no soundproofing.
