Shosh Garden Family Resort

The swim-up bar sounds handy, but I couldn't order a drink from the pool because they wanted payment upfront. Sure, I'll keep cash in my pocket while swimming. We came as a huge family, took eight rooms for two days, and nearly had the whole floor, but there were plenty of problems. One room hadn't been prepared, with used towels and blankets left all over the balcony, and the room phone didn't work. It was incredibly hot during the day. We asked them to turn on the climate control and were told they'd do it right away, but they didn't. They blamed rocks stuck in the pipes. When we complained more, they eventually switched it on. The same thing happened the next day. The place is new, but already feels worn out and like it's going downhill. I wouldn't recommend it for a family, you'd leave dissatisfied.

The balconies are nice, though the music makes it impossible to sit out there quietly. The pool looks interesting, but the water is cold, and sunbathing in it would be very uncomfortable for a woman in a regular swimsuit, since most of the women there wear traditional dress. The bathroom shower is only a tray and curtain, and the curtain was very dirty. Water ran down it onto the floor, flooding the bathroom and almost reaching the room. There was a terrible sewage smell, and the room was dirty, with splashes of something like wine on it. The walls felt like cardboard, so noise carried clearly. Music by the pool went on late, and we couldn't get away from it because the balcony door was broken and wouldn't shut. They do take the trash, but knock on your door at 9 a.m. until you answer. I regret the negative review, but nobody offered me dinner or a sauna for a positive one 😂, and the stay spoiled our trip to Charvak. As tourists from another country, we strongly wouldn't recommend this hotel. We wanted to leave early and get a refund for the unused days, but they refused.

Music went on late into the night, and the hotel was noisy. The toilet in the room smelled bad, and the exhaust fan couldn't clear it. The shower was coming off the wall and leaking. At reception, people smoked, and there were problems paying with foreign cards. They didn't accept MasterCard or Visa. Breakfast was a buffet, but during the two days we ate there, there wasn't enough bread or eggs.

The setting is beautiful, with fresh air, and it was a convenient place to relax with family. My mother, daughter, and I came for our first holiday at this resort and had a very good experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the restaurant was clean too. Food at all three restaurants was delicious. Restaurant staff Jawohir, Ismail and Asadbek were friendly and served us quickly. At reception, Hojiakbar and Shahboz welcomed us warmly and got us into our rooms quickly. There are plenty of things to use whenever you want, including an outdoor pool, an indoor pool for women, a children's playground, and a karaoke room. We'd like to thank the director and all the staff at Shosh Garden, especially reception, restaurant, and room cleaning staff. Good luck with your work. I recommend it.
