Salam Inn Hotel

I was there from April 28th to 30th, and found the room clean and cozy, with all the appliances working. The location is convenient, the staff are polite and friendly, and the breakfasts were delicious. Special thanks to receptionist Lola! If I’m in Tashkent again, I’d be happy to stay at the Salam Inn. Friends, I recommend it as a great hotel for business travelers and families.

I booked in advance before flying from Almaty for an exhibition, and the location worked perfectly. I stayed in early October and slept well. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the very polite, responsive staff.

The rooms let in too much noise, so I could hear the neighbors. One evening staff member kept playing music and didn’t turn it off when I asked, which kept me awake. At check-in, I met a staff member named Sukhrob who smelled unpleasant. He seemed interested in self-improvement, but the encounter still left a bad impression. I was also refused services without an explanation, despite what the hotel had promised in its OLX listing. I left with a very negative impression and hope service improves.

It’s livable, but the price doesn’t match the quality at all. The mattress is hard, the two pillows are lumpy, and the bathroom pump is very loud. For what a good hotel costs, this feels like something pretending to be a boutique hotel.
