The place was tidy and felt luxurious, and the hospitality was genuinely friendly. A really good hotel.

We were sent away to another hotel after a rude exchange with the staff, so I wouldn't recommend staying here. The receptionist wouldn't show us the room, saying it was too far and the employee was too lazy to take us there. Instead, they showed us the room number over the phone. They also took a copy of our passport and then refused to give it back, saying they kept everyone's passports in case a guest damaged something in the room. We pointed out they already had a copy and that a passport couldn't be held as collateral, but they still rudely told us to go elsewhere.

The room cost what it was worth, but it smelled of sewage and the TV didn't work. Breakfast was identical every day, and the hotel is a long way from the center. Five thumbs down.
