Great location, clean rooms and helpful staff. I recommend it.

Getting checked in was quick, and the receptionist was helpful. We booked one double room and one single. The rooms had carpeting, clean, nice linens and working air conditioning. Bathrooms had weak water pressure. I asked for an iron, but they offered to iron our clothes themselves at no charge. Breakfasts were filling: cottage cheese with sour cream, two kinds of jam, bread, butter, a little cheese and sausage, fried eggs, instant tea and coffee, and chebureki once. They charged the Booking.com rates and didn’t ask for anything extra. Payment in som or dollars was fine. The central entrance to the Ichan-Kala fortress is a seven-minute walk. There’s a small water shop on the way, which was handy. Across from the fortress entrance, you can get tasty ice cream in waffle cones. It costs 1,000-2,000 som.

Worst hotel I’ve ever seen. There was dust and trash, and the rooms weren’t cleaned at all. Some sort of insects were crawling around, like bedbugs. I don’t recommend it at all.
