This is my favorite hotel in Uzbekistan. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with a huge bathroom and even a kettle. There's a pool that's lovely for relaxing during the day, and breakfast is superb. It's about a 20-minute walk from the old town, but they have a shuttle whenever you need it. They also pick you up from the train station and take you there.

The price is reasonable, and the service is friendly. They offer free golf cart rides to the Old Town. The breakfast buffet was decent, and the pool is a nice extra, though I wish the sunbeds reclined. Rooms are okay, with somewhat uncomfortable beds and average air conditioning. I'd recommend the stay. They should fix the check-in hours on Booking.com. It currently says 14:00-14:00, which I took to mean check-in was available 24/7. Usually you'd expect hours like 14:00-23:50.

The manager is a very good young man who helped us with everything. We stayed four days, and from the first day they picked us up from Khiva’s railway station for free. The hotel is around 2 km from the old city, but getting there was easy because they offer free transfers to and from town at any time. Our room and bed were very comfortable, and the swimming pool was a good size. We had a great stay, the best hotel in Uzbekistan.

It's a little way from the city center, but the hotel provides a free taxi service, so it worked out perfectly for us. The room, staff and breakfast by the swimming pool were all great, and the price was very good for what we got. A perfect place to sleep in khiva.

The prices were surprisingly low for a hotel. Rooms are large, including the almost absurdly huge bathrooms. Breakfast was good, and the pool was pleasant and quiet. They also take you to and from Itchan Qala, and there's a free pickup from the train station.
