Hotel MARJON

I felt at home at Premium Hotel Marjon. Jamol at reception and general manager Jamshid deserve a big thank you for the hospitality. From arrival, the staff were friendly and professional, check-in was easy, and they were happy to offer tips on local sights. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean, with a very comfortable bed and a great smart TV. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which helped me catch up on work. The location made it easy to get to shops and places to eat. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant, but the lobby was a nice start to my mornings. Premium Hotel Marjon really was a home away from home, and I’d happily recommend it to visitors. I look forward to returning.

I felt unsafe in the room because the door wouldn’t lock from the inside. It was also filthy and had no air conditioning. The toilet had no water, the WC was disgusting and clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and the mixer was broken. There was no water in the WC either. This was easily the worst hotel stay I’ve had. Avoid it.

The food was tasty, and the hotel felt really cozy. I liked the atmosphere, with a mix of Uzbek traditions and European style.

The room was dirty and there was no air conditioning. The door wouldn’t lock from inside, and the bathroom was in bad shape: the WC was unclean, the toilet mixer didn’t work, and there was no water in either the toilet or the sink. A very disappointing stay. Even one star feels generous, and I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay here.
