While I was still staying at Tiny House Hotel in Samarkand, the property canceled my reservation without asking, despite my having paid in full. It was then incorrectly marked as a “no show.” After I posted a review, they also sent me an offensive, abusive message through Booking.com’s messaging system. I have a screenshot. This was unacceptable and unprofessional, and I can’t recommend the property.

It’s easy to walk into town from here, and the airport is very close. There are also shops nearby that stay open 24/7. The rooms were clean and good, and the guys working there were nice and relaxed.

The owners were really helpful, and I’d recommend them. Just keep in mind it’s quite far from the center of samarkand, so you’ll need a taxi.
