Oscar Guest house

A really incredible stay! This great hotel is run by a sweet, attentive family who were wonderful hosts. I’d stay here again when I come back.

We stayed in early April with our family, two adults and two children. Oscar worked perfectly for us: downstairs there’s a living room, kitchen, and bathroom, while upstairs are two bedrooms. The complex has four units like this, each with its own entrance, which is ideal when traveling as a larger family. We’re planning another trip here with friends. Breakfast is served in the morning, with oatmeal, scrambled eggs or omelette, fruit, toast, sweets, sliced sausage, cheese, vegetables, tea, coffee, and more. The pool was still closed in early April, but we hadn’t expected to swim. They also let us stay a few extra hours at no charge, and we’re very grateful.

We went for the weekend to explore the city, and came away with such positive impressions. The hosts were friendly, the pool was clean, and breakfast was delicious. Our two-story room had two bedrooms and a spacious living room, and it was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities. We’d asked for a crib when booking, and it was already set up when we arrived. A great spot for a family trip. I’d happily return and highly recommend it.

I really like the interior and amenities here. With the whole family close by and the hotel right in the center of Samarkand, it’s perfect for a family vacation.
