The room looked okay at first, but the pillows were filthy and smelled awful, like someone had sweated into them for months. I was glad I’d brought my own, or I couldn’t have slept without gagging. We arrived exhausted and sweating, carrying our luggage up three floors without any help. The manager was smoking a cigar and stood in our doorway pressing us to pay right away. No welcome or chance to rest. He came across as rude and completely indifferent. Breakfast was meant to be included, but we were told there was a problem with the chef and got no breakfast at all. They still demanded the full 220,000 UZS, without reducing the price. For two whole days, the electricity went out for hours at a time. The rooms became unbearably hot, and there was no apology or solution. On the third day, we were sick and clearly unwell, but the same manager banged on our door and wouldn’t leave until we paid. It felt like harassment in our own room. We were treated like wallets instead of guests. I’m convinced the good reviews are fake accounts made by staff. This hotel seems to care only about money, not its guests. Save your money and your mood, and don’t let this place ruin your trip.

A good hotel, and the prices are reasonable too.

We had a calm, enjoyable stay here. It's a good place, and I have a bit of advice to share.

I rarely leave reviews, but I want people to know how bad our experience was. For two days, the electricity cut out for about two hours each day. The rooms were scorching, and there was no explanation or fix, so we sat in the dark sweating. The pillows were awful too. The room itself seemed fine, but they smelled like they hadn't been washed or replaced in months. I was glad I'd brought my own. Laundry also cost extra, which felt especially stingy when they hadn't served breakfast. They blamed a problem with the chef, but still charged 220,000 soums. In my view, an honest price would have been at least 200,000. We were worn out after carrying all our bags up to the third floor. The manager was smoking by the door and ordered us to pay, without offering us a chance to rest first or showing any understanding. On our third day, when we were sick and exhausted, the same tough guy from the first day kept knocking and demanding payment immediately. He wouldn't leave the door. We felt like a source of money, not guests. This place seems to care about money above everything else. I can't believe the positive reviews are from real visitors, they must be bots or fake accounts made by staff. Don't waste your money, time, or nerves here. I sincerely pray this place won't be blessed and goes bankrupt soon. Ameen.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are rude, and when my guests came after me, they argued with them and even fought with them. When I complained to the director about how the employees behaved, he said it was worth the money I'd paid. It feels like in Uzbekistan you only get respect at a hotel if you pay a lot, while otherwise they can kick you around as they please. Curse these employees and directors for their intelligence 🤮🤮
