JASUR A.
The room looked okay at first, but the pillows were filthy and smelled awful, like someone had sweated into them for months. I was glad I’d brought my own, or I couldn’t have slept without gagging. We arrived exhausted and sweating, carrying our luggage up three floors without any help. The manager was smoking a cigar and stood in our doorway pressing us to pay right away. No welcome or chance to rest. He came across as rude and completely indifferent. Breakfast was meant to be included, but we were told there was a problem with the chef and got no breakfast at all. They still demanded the full 220,000 UZS, without reducing the price. For two whole days, the electricity went out for hours at a time. The rooms became unbearably hot, and there was no apology or solution. On the third day, we were sick and clearly unwell, but the same manager banged on our door and wouldn’t leave until we paid. It felt like harassment in our own room. We were treated like wallets instead of guests. I’m convinced the good reviews are fake accounts made by staff. This hotel seems to care only about money, not its guests. Save your money and your mood, and don’t let this place ruin your trip.
