On 25/04/2024 we called to book a room, and the woman on the phone quoted 500,000-UZSOM per night and said she had booked us in. An hour later at reception, the manager Saber gave us a cold welcome and first claimed the hotel was full. When I explained the call, a room suddenly became available, but now it was 600,000SOM per night. We tried to explain that we already had a booking at the agreed price, but Saber refused to honor it. He told us, “If you aren't interested the hotel rooms will sell themselves.” Owners, Saber urgently needs customer service training. If the words “Warm Welcome” slapped him in the face, he still wouldn't understand what they mean. Avoid at all cost.

The hotel is well placed near food spots and other amenities, and getting around inside was convenient, with plugs and lights positioned well. Our room was cozy, with air-conditioning and a big shower, and the Wi-Fi was fast. Breakfast was nice, the ambiance was great, and the staff were wonderful and helpful.
