Our stay left us deeply disappointed and put a real damper on our trip to Uzbekistan. The rooms were dirty, the place felt unhygienic, and the staff were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. There was no sign of responsibility or respect for guests. Staying here was a serious mistake. I strongly advise travelers to choose somewhere else.

The service was awful from start to finish, and I would avoid this hotel, especially after a long stretch of travel when you need prompt help and warm hospitality. Check-in took a long time, and they only accepted cash because they had no card machine. We arrived at 1:30 p.m. and were told check-in wasn't until 2, though we could leave our bags, which was fair enough. But the rooms we were given hadn't been cleaned or prepared. One smelled strongly of cigarettes, had clearly been used, and had an unmade bed and used mugs. In the other, there were used towels on the floor and bed. We asked for a refund so we could change rooms, but they offered new rooms instead. They did move us, but gave no apology or compensation. Handing guests keys to rooms that smell of smoke and have already been used is unacceptable. There were other frustrating moments too. I asked for change for a 100, and the receptionist said they didn't have any, then opened a drawer a few minutes later and gave change to someone else. We also asked to borrow a charger and were told there wasn't one, even though there was a charging hub nearby. The beds made sleeping difficult: ours had just one thin sheet, and the double bed was two mattresses pushed together that kept sliding apart. The rooms and hotel were modern, generally clean, and looked very nice, but the service was among the worst I've experienced.

We spent a night here a few days ago, and I'd definitely recommend it. The rooms were clean and recently renovated, and the service felt professional. We paid 650k UZS for one night in a large room with three beds, which was worth it. Breakfast was delicious, with a good range of options and fresh juices. I'd rate the stay 5/5.

We'd arranged the stay in advance over Telegram: my friends and I planned to check in at 10 a.m. and leave at midnight, and they agreed to it. But when we arrived, the guy at the office said there were no rooms available, wouldn't listen to us, and left for lunch without helping. The sauna and swimming pool weren't working either. After checkout, they messaged us accusing us of stealing beds, haha.
