The breakfast was a good point: it starts at 7, with vegetables, cheese, black olives, local pastries, decent coffee, and omelettes made on request at no extra charge. Getting to the airport or train station by taxi is easy, and for the city centre and attractions, a taxi from the hotel is more convenient than walking to the metro. We stayed two nights in a deluxe room. The hotel was in good condition and the room was mostly fine, but the toilet brush was very dirty and should be changed more often. The modern toilet itself was clean, though its plastic seat had yellowed with use and looked unpleasant. They need to pay more attention to those details. The bigger problem was the noise. About 8-10 rooms are near the entrance, with some sharing a wall with reception and the waiting area. The first night was okay, but on the second I woke up three times to loud conversation and laughter. Guests in those rooms need better noise control. I didn't sleep well before a long train journey.

No proper Wi-Fi in the rooms, only a good connection around reception. They also didn't provide the airport transfer mentioned in the booking. I told them a day ahead and called reception about a car, but they said they'd forgotten to arrange one. The receptionist then set up a taxi by phone at the airport, and I ended up paying 100000 for the ride. A Yandex taxi from the airport to the hotel would have been just 27000, so be careful with their taxi arrangements. I also had trouble with currency exchange and found the morning staff rude. I wouldn't recommend this for foreigners. Better to book another hotel.

I booked months ahead and asked for a pickup from the train station. They ignored that simple request and sent me back to my booking agency. I don't think it was a language problem, because they left my WhatsApp message on read. It felt like they didn't care about guests at all. With so many options in Tashkent, I can't recommend them. I ended up booking a nicer hotel that actually arranged a taxi from the station. Book at your own risk.

The receptionist speaks English really well, and the breakfast is tasty and nutritious. I wouldn't miss it. It was a decent stay, and I'd definitely book here again.

The room was tiny, with hardly any space to move around the bed. Breakfast was generally good, but my sister got sick after eating the chicken wings, so I'd strongly suggest avoiding those. Service was average, nothing special. I stayed at the Art Deluxe Hotel for four nights. It's tucked down an alley, with a few restaurants nearby, though you have to walk out to the main road. I didn't find any local dining options right around the hotel. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 AM. I wouldn't stay here again, as I think there are better choices in Tashkent.
