The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel is laid out well and close to transport hubs. This was the best experience I've had choosing a hotel. The staff were very helpful, and tomorrow was excellent. I'd recommend it to everyone, 10/10.

The staff were kind and professional throughout my stay at Artist Regency Hotel. The owner's son was especially helpful and incredibly kind, and I'm grateful to all of them. My room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed and a nice view. I loved staying here and highly recommend it.

I had to request soap, water, and other basics every day because they weren't offered. It took 2 days to get my room cleaned after I asked, and the staff expected me to stay there watching while they cleaned, or they wouldn't do it. Before checkout, the receptionist came to inspect the room and asked me to hold on while she went back. My room was on the 3rd floor, with no elevator, and nobody offered to help with my luggage. Breakfast was very poor too. The staff seem to lack basic hotel experience.

For the low prices, the service and clean rooms felt luxurious. It's right in the middle of Tashkent, and I had a wonderful stay. The breakfast add-on was great, and this is honestly the best hotel I've ever been to. I'd recommend visiting and giving it a chance.
