I only stayed about 1.5 hours. The lobby was noisy at night, with shouting and a TV I asked the administrator to turn off. They ignored me, so I took my things and left. I got back only 30% of my money. The service was horrible, and I’m sorry for future guests who have to choose to stay here.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean, but the bathroom smelled strongly of urine. There were bright lights outside the door, and the place is right beside a busy road. It was also very expensive compared with other places across Uzbekistan.

There were four of us, and the location worked especially well for me because I had an early morning flight. Everything was great.

The staff were very polite and pleasant, and I really enjoyed their hospitality. The hotel felt clean and cozy. In the room there was a kettle, tea leaves, and instant noodles for an extra fee; the bathroom had toiletries and a hairdryer. Breakfast was tasty, with scrambled eggs, samsa, pie, tea, and coffee. The internet setup was odd: each person got a password that lasted only eight hours, and then I couldn't log in again. I'd never come across that before.
