The receptionist was nice and helpful, and we liked the breakfast buffet. The location worked well too, just a short walk from Chilonzor Metro. We had booked Art Eco hotel, but were told it wasn't available and were moved to this branch instead. The rooms didn't match what we had paid for, considering we'd booked Art Eco in the first place.

The rooms aren't cleaned, and the breakfast isn't good. Service is zero.

The bathroom was awful and had no amenities. Rooms were cramped, dark, and dirty, and the staff were unfriendly. The renovations look very old, and the hotel is clearly worn out.

The receptionists were polite and helpful, and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The food was fresh and delicious. My single room was very small, though, and the carpet wasn't very clean. The shower stall and its curtain were both flimsy and old, and the stall was rusty. The toilet kept leaking, and the coat hanger didn't fit in the closet. I paid 225,000 soums for the single room. The price for the quality seemed reasonable. I booked through mybooking.uz, which is currently the most affordable website.

I was given room 105. Its curtains were torn and couldn't be closed. There was either a problem with the water or a complete lack of electricity. If you make a mistake, 16.11.2025.
