We ended up staying four extra nights because of the unexpected UAE airspace closures. The team upgraded us, which gave me a comfortable place to work, and supported us with genuine kindness throughout a stressful situation. Elina in the Club Lounge gave us wonderful care, and Abdulloh from the concierge team helped us so much. Both made a difficult stretch easier. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very comfortable, with excellent facilities and a lovely spa. Though it has the feel of a business hotel, it worked well for us as leisure travelers. The location by Amir Timur Square is fantastic, and the beautiful Tashkent Metro stations are close by, making it a great base for exploring. The rooftop Embar bar was closed during our early March visit, though it looks like it would be a great place in warmer weather. We had a memorable stay at the InterContinental Tashkent and highly recommend it.

Amir at reception kindly and efficiently helped us find our lost bag, and Amira made check-in especially welcoming and smooth. The service was efficient and kind, with people doing their best in every situation. We had a wonderful stay at Intercontinental Tashkent. The rooms, restaurants, and lobby are beautiful and stylish, and we really enjoyed the restaurants and bars. We hope to return!

Asadbek from the Concierge team deserves special thanks. He patiently worked to find tickets for one of my day trips around Tashkent, which wasn’t easy to arrange. His persistence and attention to detail made it possible and took the stress out of it. The InterContinental Tashkent impressed me from the moment I arrived. Staff were warm, polite, and professional, and every interaction felt attentive and patient. Reception were consistently welcoming and efficient, while housekeeping were meticulous and considerate each day. The facilities are beautiful, but what makes the hotel special is how much the people care. I can’t recommend it highly enough and would happily return.

The pool, gym, sauna, and steam room were incredible. This was easily the best hotel gym I’ve ever experienced. The rooms were spectacular too, with gorgeous windows, comfortable beds, plenty of space, and amazing bathrooms with heated floors. More than anything, the staff made our stay wonderful. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond. Rasul is a real gem. I never wanted to leave. Thanks for such a great stay, and I truly hope I can come back one day.

The restaurants, spa, and pool were all better than I expected, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and nicely designed. From arrival onward, the staff were warm and professional, and I felt looked after the whole time. I had such a great stay at the InterContinental Tashkent, easily the best hotel I've stayed in ❤️. I'd happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Tashkent. Thanks to the team for making it memorable.
