The rules here are awful, so I wouldn’t put much trust in the five-star reviews. There’s no mini fridge in the rooms, and the shower curtain is so short that water splashes onto the floor. The bed setup is uncomfortable too: there’s no thick blanket, just a thin duvet cover that feels like canvas. The mattress still has its factory plastic on it, which rustles when you turn over. They’re also unusually strict about small things, especially when you’re with kids, rules I haven’t come across in other countries.

We had a room booked and confirmed, and everything seemed settled. Then, just before we were due to arrive, the hotel messaged us on WhatsApp saying they were overbooked and telling us to cancel. They wouldn’t cancel it themselves and insisted we do it. I wouldn’t trust this hotel.

My mom and I stayed here and everything was fine 👍. I especially recommend the breakfast Shokhida makes, it was really delicious. I’d suggest staying here to others too.

This is a newly opened hotel, neat and clean. The staff are young, energetic, and ready to help with whatever you need at any hour. Muhammed was especially nice.

After a long day, I was able to rest well because the soundproofing was so good. The furniture was comfortable, and I was struck by how spotless and fresh everything in the room was. You can tell the hotel is carefully looked after.
