Breakfast was never available in the dining hall, and during breakfast hours there was nobody at reception to ask about it. The room had no mirror, no prayer mat, and no hand shataf in the bathroom. They only provided disposable shoes, which aren't suitable for showering, and there were no bathroom slippers. I don't recommend it at all.

We arrived in an unfamiliar city in the middle of the night with our children and were left without a place to sleep. We had booked through Booking.com and told them we'd be arriving at night with the kids; they confirmed the reservation, then said they were fully booked and told us to find somewhere else ourselves. From the reviews on 2gis, it seems this has happened to others too. Ripping off tourists appears to be common practice for them.
