The breakfast stood out, with plenty to choose from, including hot dishes and vegan and vegetarian options. The staff were helpful, the gym was spacious and well equipped with machines and weights, and there was a Finnish sauna too. Our room had a decent amount of space and all the essentials, and it was cleaned well whenever needed. We also appreciated the free water each day. The central location made it easy to get around, and there was ample parking with car chargers. The downside was the condition of the rooms. They were comfortable enough, but felt dated and overdue for renovation. The bathroom was clean, though the old bathtub and shower heads didn't work properly. We could also hear noisy guests upstairs late at night and children running in the corridors, so better sound insulation is needed. Hopefully they'll renovate soon, and we can come back.

Samir, the concierge, made a big difference to our stay at the Lotte Hotel. He was consistently polite, respectful, and trustworthy, and handled any problem we brought to him with real willingness. It was clear he enjoys helping guests have a memorable visit. He's a wonderful ambassador for the hotel. We were completely satisfied with our stay and wish Samir and the whole Lotte Team all the best. Thanks from Germany.

The breakfast had a distinctive Korean selection, including several soups that tasted great. We had a great stay and can recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Tashkent. It's right in the heart of Tashkent, near attractions and metro stations, and the customer service was great. Staff were always helpful when we needed anything.

We found it easy to explore the city's main sights on foot from this well located hotel. The rooms were clean, breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful with every request. There's a bank on site where you can change money.

It's in a quiet spot, within walking distance of lots of popular places. I really liked the well equipped gym, with both weights and cardio, the great sauna, and how friendly the staff were. Thanks, Samir, for making us feel so welcome :)
