A helpful staff and a spacious, clean room for a reasonable price. It's a good boutique hotel, though a little outside the centre. The room was kept very warm in winter. Breakfast was very basic.

I'm on my third day of a four-night stay as I write this. I left at 12:30 after hanging the room-cleaning sign on the door and asking for the room to be cleaned, but when I got back at 20:00 it still hadn't been done. The staff are rude, especially the manager, whose behavior is bad. Breakfast is terrible, with very little variety, and they try to charge extra for any reason. Stay away. I'll never stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean for a reasonable price, and the staff were very professional. It's a little out from Tashkent's centre, but getting downtown, to Tashkent City Park and such, costs only about 25000 soms, so it's not too bad.

The shower was very small, and the staff weren't polite or friendly. My wife is English and wanted AC, but they wouldn't allow it because they put the heat on in every room. The staff, especially the receptionist, had no manners when speaking to guests. A horrible experience with the staff and rooms.

The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the guest service was excellent. The staff were extremely loving and caring. The Kosher meals were delicious, with catering and a knowledgeable Mashgiah. The manager also helped and guided me with my personal questions. Thank you so much!
