At checkout, they asked us for $58 instead of the agreed $22, saying our room was in a “deluxe section.” We disputed the charge, and only then did they back down and admit nobody had told us about two “sections” or extra fees. The room and facilities weren't worth that price anyway. The room was tiny, and the balcony had leftover food on it and looked onto an indoor foyer. The walls were so thin we kept hearing staff shouting and laughing. The bathtub was the smallest I've ever seen, and the water pressure was worse than on the train we arrived in. There was no hairdryer, with staff saying another guest had the only one, and no remote for either the TV or air conditioning. Breakfast also looked nothing like the advertised photos. The hotel has taken its name off the facade, and its reviews only go back to September 2025. This felt like a scam. Avoid it, the practices seemed dishonest and the value was terrible.
