The bathroom was neat, and the staff were polite and helpful. I asked for a wine opener, but since they don't usually drink wine, they brought me a screw, pliers, and an electric drill instead. It took several tries, but I finally opened it. Brilliant moment.

There are restaurants nearby, and the place itself is quiet, with a lovely inner garden. The fountains weren't working, unfortunately, but you can still sit outside in the evening and enjoy the warm weather. Staff are friendly and help with requested items, and there's a vending machine with soft drinks.
